I can only manage 8km uphill at Peras.  cry.gif  doh.gif  mega_shok.gif

uphill or downhill?

up hil 30km/hr ... u need to be very strong or a strong paleton to pull u up... it is doable

my max speed up is 25km/hr for few seconds hahahaha
average is above 15km/hr but i try to not let myself drop below 10

On a srs note, just ride n ride n ride. after that ride summore

But to achieve 30kmh uphill, u need to ask jbcoder

some small segments are doable geh because the elevation is not that steep... just not total avg uphill

Really grind my grid on this

To be honest
1) just 30km/hr is nth... Unless u say u can pull 30km/hr for 100km non stop... Same goes to ppl who thinks 40km/hr is fast... It is about how long we can maintain that speed without paleton support
2) slow rider buy expensive bikes does make the slow rider faster... I been there done that... Got a more expensive bike just to match the speed of my cubby fren who has an expensive bike and ride ahead of my effortlessly, meanwhile my steel bike I padel so hard but still far behind
3) it's not wrong to think u r faster than others but just dun over brag it then it's okay... This keeps the competitive going
4) there is a saying, "there is always someone faster than u" u can be the fastest in your group but the slowest in another group
5) laughed died

Hello everyone, I bought a new MTB have been riding for 3-4 weeks now and been hearing sound coming from my front and back wheels.

The sound is either from the hub, spoke or rims itself I'm not sure but does sound like from that area.

I hear the sound once or twice every rotation, so if i'm going downhill the sound is more frequent.

It only happens when I sit on the bike. Otherwise, if there is no weight on the bike there is no sound.

The sound is something like tension sound (but I can't confirm)

Any idea what's the issue and can recommend an experienced and affordable workshop to diagnose and fix?

I'm in Subang Jaya area.

Thank you!

Send to ur trusted bike shop... Never know it maybe an major issue if u dun fix now then later the problem is costly

Bought the bike online  blush.gif

Hydraulic brakes, already adjusted the brake calipers to sit in the middle so it's not my touching my disc.

Update: Okay fixed the issue thanks to youtube, I have 3 spokes on my front wheel which are loose causing the sound. Already tighten slowly now there's no more sound rclxms.gif

Thanks everyone!

Spoke loose is not a thing to mess around if u r experienced in wheel tuning... Go fine megabike Keong...

*
