Well.... The Top of the range CFR with DuraAce would be around RM35k
while a tier down CF SLX with Ultegra DI2 would be RM 23k
while the mid range CF SL with Ultegra mech set would be around RM 13k

This give a good dimension ( and importantly price point) comparison with most major models.

in short- Canyon is most value for money for the top tier model compare to Trek Madonne and S-works.

in mid range.... the price advantage diminishes- Like the CF SL model cost even more than Giant TCR or Spez Tarmac

Good as in better rolling resistant? At lower pressure ?

I would thought pump to 100 psi is stiffer. Stiffer not so comfy but suppose to roll better eh?

That's what I used to think too, pumping up to higher pressure means rolls better, but apparently it isn't that simple.

I tried a lower pressure (93 psi @ 25c on a 21mm rim) and to my surprise, I actually find it easier to maintain higher speeds. Went to google more about this, apparently the explanation is that power loss occurs whenever you are bumping around when using tires with too high pressure too. It can depend a lot on the road conditions. If you're riding on a surface as smooth as an indoor track, then probably won't get the same bumpiness as you would for normal road riding.

Definitely do not want a too low PSI, but also don't want to just pump all the way to the max too.

Thanks! Pretty informative- will give it a try at lower pressure

This stuff is Rm300 each?

Typically we lub it every 300-400km? Do you degrease before lub it?

I am about 85psi front and 80psi back

25mm front and 28mm back

Wheels are 28mm wide and internally 21mm so rear tires balloon up to 30-31..
*
hmmm... i am with 25 mm tyre... where did i get the message to pump to 105psi eh?
blink.gif

recall someone say lower pressure easier to get pinch flat.

The latter link is good.  thumbup.gif
My usual pressure is 100psi and the website recommended 96psi. So can try to drop bit by bit to test.

You can use this as a rough estimation

For tubeless
https://www.enve.com/en/tirepressure/

For usual tube
https://www.bergfreunde.eu/road-bike-tyre-p...ure-calculator/

I am about 63 kgs

thanks for the guide.
i suppose the reason for the recommended pressure is to avoid pinch flat ?

but funnily, when i put on the chest strap the HR already reading 110+, and when i start cycle saja already 130+. it's not even 2 minutes into cycling.

i am worried that i might have heart issues.

about not ride hard enough, probably yes, because most of my rides are taman rides anyway. but those rides got mix of climbs and flats mah...
*
same here....
when i carry my bike down, exert a little already 110+
and pushing a little will raise to 140+

and 160-170 when pushing up a hill is normal

now trying hard to maintain or reduce the HR. one of the way is to reduce cadance and grind more using high gear.
would it works? yeah a little, like 5 or so bpm reduction

anyone have have tips do let me know
