yes very strong grip. but not as grippy as Elite Custom Race i used last time.
also it has full length base unlike some weightweenie bottle cages. that way my bottle wont kena my frame.
bought it years ago when the price was almost half the price now.
*
Also, the Mandible grips all bottles regardless of size. thumbsup.gif
Some bidon cages can't grip certain waterbottles (such as Camelbak Podium) very well. sweat.gif

Hi Folks. New to the cycling scene in Malaysia. Started with a foldie and now looking at a road bike.

Does anyone have a good carrying solution for a 2-3 bike carrier for Perodua Aruz?

If you know of a shop that might have a solution, it's good too. Thanks!

Can put inside car? hmm.gif

Wow! Good info. Thanks for schooling this noob on the subject.

So it's pretty clear for me. Foldies or roof rails!

Also...if anyone has good tips on getting your better half addicted to this drug, tips welcomed!

Just take care when driving to basements or overhead obstacles. excl.gif doh.gif

microns to no yield at all, go change your frame and GS better
but then again since u r using 88mm wheelsets, im sure this pulley will increase ur watts by 20-30.
so dun hesitate and go for it thumbsup.gif janji boleh hashtag ceramicpulley on insta

+1 on ahpingko comments in bolded. nod.gif

Regarding the slowing down to wait for her and can't join fast peleton, this depends on what is the intention of cycling.
If cycle just as an activity to get healthy, cycle cum makan rides, as an alternative to window shopping, I think most girls would be OK.
But If want her to join fast peleton, I think no la... especially since if the girl is not an outdoor type person (puteri lilin type) or not sporting type.
