Hi, i am currently training for marathon.
I am running average 8km daily with the pace of roughly 10km/hr.
I felt quite tiring recently and found out that some runners do consume protein shake for muscle recovery and reduce fatigue.
Are whey protein suitable for runners after training for the purpose of recovery?
Any other supplements suitable for runners?
