Hi, i am currently training for marathon.

I am running average 8km daily with the pace of roughly 10km/hr.
I felt quite tiring recently and found out that some runners do consume protein shake for muscle recovery and reduce fatigue.

Are whey protein suitable for runners after training for the purpose of recovery?

Any other supplements suitable for runners?

bro, you need to eat a lot to make up for the energy spent running. carbs etc. also, core exercises very important for distance runners! strong core, faster runner.

Any proteins are good, whether it be whey, chicken, eggs or soy. Just that whey protein is a lot easier to gulp down.

If you do marathons then you'd definitely need more protein.

In general, I think carb and protein rich food suit you. Pre and post workout intake is especially important.

Whey protein is suitable for anyone who do sport activity.
It is fast acting coz whey easy to digest and efficiently absorbed into body.

Get a high quality protein, can go for whey protein concentrate and isolate.

Hi, so I decided to buy some garage gym equipment to start a home gym. One of my new year resolutions is to lose weight and stay in shape. So I bought an indoor cycling unit and a rowing machine, and then some kettlebells. I already own a treadmill which i barely used this year. Which other equipment could be useful for my journey next year?
