We dont want to see with half hearted doctor working in hospital nust becoz he doesnt get allowance but other doctors have allowance. Working place gonna be not harmony anymore and will split into 2 group.
Some more with the abolishment of cap for consultant fee for GP next year, can expect more poor people flock to the gov hospital and clinic ... giving them even more extra work ...But what make people angry is the way gov abolish it.
