If you ask me before Interstellar came out, I'm a devoted Nolan fanboy. Today I'm not that crazy about his new movie, maybe you start to familiarise with his signature and a certain redundancy flaw of his style irks me. So Tenet gonna be will "watch" but not crazily hype over it. The two most anticipated movies for me gonna be The French Dispatch by Wes Anderson and Villeneuve's Dune. Really curious can Villeneuve maintain his winning streak cause he has yet made a bad film per se. You know what you're getting out of a Wes Anderson film so hopeful it's something magical again.

Getting Started

Brace for more uncertainties to come. While 2020 releases either delay or straight to streaming, In the midst of productions will be severely impacted as no filming and post-production facilities available. The indie production still manageable as you don't need intense manpower. Those blockbuster will have a more difficult time as usually they need multi vfx companies that employed an army of operators and filming crews. Either you start seeing the studios scales back on production cost or minimize production outputs until the market viable again.
My wife works in WB HK, basically looking to swat flies for the foreseeable 6-8 months, if lucky. The scary part is the pandemic has no timeline and you just won't know when is the 2nd or 3rd outbreak, with US bumbling effort to calm the market and CCP aggressive propaganda war. Just hope for the best.
