bro, the chinese are self regulating themselves now.
a lot of times  i heard from the ground that they said they like to avoid trouble.
some of the chinese i knew even pronounced their food are halal. in reality, they are not halal certified.
the disease is spreading in non muslim culture .
in one of the china man company, they even put the sign, do not use the microwave for non halal food.
those time, my time, there's no such thing pun.

My company already have 2 microwave. 1 for muslims and 1 for non-muslims.

My company recent staff trip to Vietnam, the tour guide need to separate Malays and non-Malays to different restaurant for every meal. Then the tour guide thought it would be safe to combine everyone for some french fine dining which should be the highlight of the trip but ended up majority of the Malays just eat bread for dinner even though the food is pork free.

For another trip my company organise for directors to Russia, we purposely requested for pork and alcohol free. You know what the Malay directors tell us. Why we kepochi arrange like that? They wanted to taste the red wine and some non-pork free food.

The strange thing is some of the younger generation who are getting more intolerant while some of the older generation are more open-minded.

Are you suggesting the muslim not to follow the tenet/pillar of Islam like most Christian nowadays? You suggest to pick and choose what rule to follow like that ka?
*
Actually, yes. I know this will get a lot of criticism but there are too much pressure from Malay society to conform instead of letting people practice religion in whatever way they want. If they genuinely want to follow the tenets of Islam, then it is their rights but those who do not want to follow should be left alone.

Muslims cannot eat even beef or chicken that not slaughterd Islamic way. Do u know this? Ofc not cause you only care for your pork and beer. And let me guess u also goto vernacular school? Deswai vernacular school should be abolish. Make u non muslims ignorant of muslim ways.

That is where you're wrong. I go to kebangsaan school but in the late 80's before all the islamisation started. Most of the Malay friends I have even up to today are not that particular. They do not mind as they understand it is not easy to find halal food when overseas and we even ate at restaurant which ate pork free without halal certificate.

Like I say before, nobody is stoping you from practicing your religion but nowadays there are so many who thinks like you who like to dictate what other people do. Just look at all the comments when any Malay women don't wear tudung. I have a Malay lady colleague who were pressured by other Malay colleagues to wear tudung. At the end, she only wear when she's at work but remove after leave office.

Why I highlighted the french fine dining in Vietnam is because people like you never consider how much it cost for the company to arrange for such dinner. The worst thing is they were given a choice of choosing fish, chicken and beef even before the trip but none make any noise. The chef even came out to find out why so many of his carefully prepared food was untouched.

i guess our country is moving backward after PH won...

This has been happening since BN time. The problem now is more noticeable because the little napoleans are getting more open.
