Stardew valley is one of the best, the downside is only graphic. But in terms of gameplay I would say it is better than harvest moon.

pirate la. be warned. the intro is damn long. half hour long just to materialise the story. after that, pretty much straightforward.

Chrono Cross. I havent played it. I could do that anytime. i will play it when I dah tua and have nothing to do. By then I may hate its gameplay kot?

It's an old style 2d platform game with a ton of charm as it's designed to look like old cartoons.

Go for it if you like those old rayman, lion King stuff

Keep away if you want something more casual

Then you can give chrono cross a try, very nice plot and music. Graphic wise was top notch at its time

IIRC got multiple end, then I mau perfect collect all char, ended up stuck half way (somewhere travel to past there, some abandoned bermuda triangle thingy)
