Nowadays hard to find freehold landed new launches...

First phase intermediate start from 980k if not wrong. Build up around 2000 sq ft. Subsequent phases dunno increase how much...

I think kinrara price around like this already la.

Desiran and sentosa in bk5 launch 10 years ago 500k+ now also asking 1.15 mil.

Rimbun more recently also ask around that price.

Can visit the kinrara welcome centre. They'll ask u to register for the 2nd phase notification... Can check out the 1st phase models also there.

Intermediate is 1.04 mil, got early bird rebate bt sales person say launch day oni will know. If assume is 5% like previous launch... Its 988k net.

Ya wo. First day launch all the nonbumi units gone alrdy. Now i think all the bumi units also gone...

Yea, gonna queue for 4 days. I quite sure nonbumi units sold out already la. If go queue now, probably need to hope ppl dnt like the selection left or loan reject.

As for residential plots, still got 2 phases next to legasi 2. Then got 1 more plot of land near bk9 apartments. Surely price gonna increase further for subsequent launches la...

Dunno wo. I think its just the way property queues are done nowadays lo. Ppl just hire someone to jaga n go do their thing.

Its really up to the sales office to manage la.

I notice got quite a lot of investors also. Proly wanna flip after complete. Its gonna b tough tho.
