Don't understand why legasi 3 provides a garden at the rear and only accessible from the guest room? No store room and common toilet. Didn't even illustrate in the layout if there will be a store room underneath the staircase?

What a waste with this layout design compare to legasi 2 which is much better.

Seriously I think the designer and the one who approves this design needs to be sack. Totally unpractical design. What a disappointment with legasi 3.

Will each phase have their own guard house? Or just 1 main one near to L2? I asked this question to SP sales person but she said not sure yet, will depend on RA. She only know there'll be 1 main gate for ingress/egress.

If coming in from the main entrance, Legasi 3 and 4 residents will need to drive past Legasi 2 before reaching legasi 3/4, won't that cause many cars driving in and out legasi 2?
