I think the biggest indication of a L4 launch wld be if they cleared the land and leveled it. As the land is now, quite impossible to launch n complete the hse in 2 years as required by SPA.
L1 to 3 all groundworks done extensively well before launch... |

There's a river in the middle of the highlighted area. If rsku build on the west side, it won't affect the Legasi entrance road.
Think previously got forumer commented near irama n anggun is strata landed. Makes more business sense bcus why wld developer shoot themselves in the foot by building rsku near the semi d n bungalow lots. In related news, anggun 3 event on kinrara fb. |
