Actually SP Setia bought InP becos of land banks… no just Bandar Kinrara… still other places… I prefer old InP design… more like Melayu house design… current design even modern… but it won’t lasting…. After few years will feel dated… you can see Qaseh, Anggun, Sapphire…. Until now still grant … really timeless design

Agreed on that… since the location so prime and limited…with freehold status… developer won’t think too much about the design … just built as much as they can to maximise the profits …

Haiya… those wannabe rich people missed the chance to buy RSKU in this location…

Anyway.. attended the dialogue between developer representative and residents to debate about the usage of the existing golf course … the residents opposed the proposal by developer and question developer lack of social responsibility.. SPsetia reluctant to upgrade the infrastructure and amenities in BK… they just want to get fast money by keeping build the residential projects … without agreement from existing residents surrounding… is very difficult for SPsetia to commence their wish… same happened to KIDEX /PJD Link

of course developer want to build residential projects.... affordable housing is part of the development requirements...

many wannabe thinking the whole land to build RSKU.... but for sure developer wont be so generous ...the land is so prime... developer definitely will maximize the profits by building as many as possible expensive houses...as reference...current market price for intermediate link landed start from 1.5mil...

it wont be RSKU for whole land... is just part of requirement of stage government to include certain percentage of affordable housing in new development... for sure the affordable housing will be located at undesirable location compared normal housing ... developer sure want to maximize the profit
