Sorry to say that the fact of the matter is junction units are more likely to end up in auction. Whether or not believe in fengshui, there are real disadvantages to staying in front of a junction.

Only got 3 intermediate units near the tnb station at 1.066mil tho. The rest is 1.08 and 1.1mil. Buyers better go to site see the project land height vs the surrounding roads before choose unit...
