Still hasn't seem much effect in BK area... maybe this area won't get effected. Previously there's 1 unit lelong unit in Qaseh 2 with triangle land size at 1.8 mil only but call off last minute..

Not sure whether it is appropriate to ask here cause the thread for Anggun seems not active, anyone has insider information for Anggun 3 ? The SA just say tentatively launch Q1 2021. Is Anggun 3 on the right hand side of Anggun 2 ?

Legasi 4 not sure yet . From what I knew is next year end. If queue, then it should be nights of queue.

What I mean is Anggun 3 which targeted to launch Q1 next year, guess it won't be ballot, and won't crazy as per night queue of Legasi ba.

For reference purposes

Asking price based on demand and supply. I offer 1.65 mil for end lot in Qaseh of 24×80 feet with 10 feet land, still the owner think it's too low. The owner ask 1.75 mil.

Its Qaseh 3. It could be around 1.1 mil at that time. Corner asking 2 mil which i think too much.

After Legasi all siap, dont think the price for Qaseh 3 still can stand as the owner wishes as people nowadays opt for newer property with better township planning.

Agree. Legasi 1 is the better choice among 3 of them. I let go a unit in Legasi 3 due to it near to Jalan Impian Indah. Go to site visit, only then I let go, becoz the sound from the traffic so loud even by now, in future, if the apartment there occupied, can't imagine.

Legasi and Irama not far away, Maybe Irama is better to me cause located more inside, more quiet.

Congrats to buyer of Legasi especially Legasi 1 , envy you all. I miss it.

BTW, if any of you want to let go Qaseh 1 Qaseh 2, Qaseh 3 or Anggun can pm me. Thanks.

Don't like the location cause on the other side and nearby got high tension cable. If terrace, will look for corner cause have more space for the kids. The corner on sale for Rimbun 1 & 2 not suitable for me. And the entry to BK7 on the main road. Not really like it .

I guess wall can block some noise, dust and road view rather facing it directly. A wall may form more closed surrounding compare to anti climb fence which may feels more open. Just my opinion.

For Legasi, still need to pay legal and stamp duty right?
Legasi houses have back lane where can extend till max.

Been to Anggun 2 site. The house are back to back without back lane, impossible to extend till max. Make me take a step back.

Btw, they said will launch legasi 4 this August. To me, L4 better than L3 , as the piece of land is bigger , some unit may be more further away from Jalan Impian Indah, unit nearer to inner road of BK 8 should be fine.
