Seriously I think the designer and the one who approves this design needs to be sack. Totally unpractical design. What a disappointment with legasi 3. Or SP setia is simply rushing out rubbish project as they think will be sold out just like L1 and L2 no matter what design langstrasse and Salary liked this post

Whilst I agree the ground floor bathroom thing is very impractical, 30 biji nonbumi unit proly still gonna be cleaned out. Rimbun 3 also got 70 balloters alrdy.
That's enough demand for both legasi 3 and 4 nonbumi units. Mayb sendiri renovate 1 folding door there lo when get key. 🤷🏻♂️ |

Guess the negative comments for this phase is more than Legasi 2 and Legasi 1. Guess its not worth to ballot this because will have same problem when selling it again and etc..
Better wait Legasi 4 as the layout looks nicer and longer! |

btw, I highly recommend folks to view the actual site, the jalan on the KL side is higher than legasi 3, and I really don't know how they can construct legasi 4, with the jalan behind it being so high

Will each phase have their own guard house? Or just 1 main one near to L2? I asked this question to SP sales person but she said not sure yet, will depend on RA. She only know there'll be 1 main gate for ingress/egress.
If coming in from the main entrance, Legasi 3 and 4 residents will need to drive past Legasi 2 before reaching legasi 3/4, won't that cause many cars driving in and out legasi 2? |
