Yea, gonna queue for 4 days. I quite sure nonbumi units sold out already la. If go queue now, probably need to hope ppl dnt like the selection left or loan reject.

As for residential plots, still got 2 phases next to legasi 2. Then got 1 more plot of land near bk9 apartments. Surely price gonna increase further for subsequent launches la...

last time when i bought is balloting. No need to queue

if buy for own stay...then can go for it.... but if for investment...unless you can afford 3k per month bleeding even after rent out for next 10 years... then can consider...

People secure their queue number with a piece of paper . They are not physically there .. unfair to other .

Wait for loan rejected units. Sometimes you get better units. Previously I also bought a loan rejected unit from bandar kinrara
