I think the layout looks ok leh, the price is reasonable at 1.066 also before rebate. I believe can be a sell out project again...

House pricing in Klang valley is absurd which is drove by irrelevant demand. As long this exist, dev will sell it on high side.

Don't understand why legasi 3 provides a garden at the rear and only accessible from the guest room? No store room and common toilet. Didn't even illustrate in the layout if there will be a store room underneath the staircase?
What a waste with this layout design compare to legasi 2 which is much better. |
