He's responsible for the success or failure of the project. If the project failed, it will be is ass on the line. It is just like military general. They do not really fight the war but they oversee and plan the whole war campaign.

then the next month still bragging can sell ..i now meeting and have pontential client he want 300server..still in discussion...

at the end... 6 month..kena goreng becos satu pon tak boleh jual..but gaji 30K per month..

then manager go to other company repeat the same shit.
