Hi guys!

I am looking for an animal welfare society that I can contribute to on monthly basis. Does anybody knows how is PAWS in PJ performing? Are they reputable and worth contributing?

Also open to any other societies suggestions that I can donate to as well thumbup.gif

MDDB....aka Malaysia Dogs Deserve Better? But, disclaimer, i never involved physically or personally, only following their facebook page, seems they quite ok.

I got another not shelter, but volunteer who regularly feed stray animals in my facebook group. What they do is they constantly seek donation from public (i think rm100) per feeding day, and they do post up their work...

If you interested, let me try to find you the facebook group, and PM you the Facebook group. It more like group of dog lover independent rescuers and occasionally update from some dog shelter.

But, sometimes I feel discourage with these so-called dog shelter, as they do not accept stray anymore, can't blame them, coz they have limited space and resources, could not take in all stray, but to turn them away to volunteer or left them wondering on streets on their own, but, at same time, still seeking funds.....and there is so much independent volunteer can do, trying to rehome them, but the population growth is just too fast.

So, what they did was next best thing, to feed the stray, to collect money for injured stray send to vets, and the cycle continue......

again, u just follow their page, see if they are genuine or not, as I am not represent them, neither I am against them, I just hope your kind gesture not taken advantage off only
