If we cannot find a address in Grab app, what can we do?

I know we can tag a nearby location. Other than this?

I was in Sarawak last week, wanting to go to customer's office. I could find the place in Google Maps, but not in Grab rider app. I though Grab uses Google Maps

type in the address?

I was in Kuching quite some time ady... wanted to travel to visist "James Brook's" yard but couldn't locate it on the app as it wasn't tagged..

Have to type in the address, and use the pin to pin point the drop location.

For ulu places, you will need to be familiar with the map location, only then you can point it on the Grab app... Yes... its a hassle and non-intuitive for new users/unfamiliar users.

tag location in gmap...then book crapcar thru gmap....it will link the add to the crapcar app...

Can't find address in GMaps. Only company name.
Can't find address or company name in Grab.

Find a landmark and book from there?

save location/ coordinates no in gmap when u are there next time....or ask your colleague send the location coordinates to u.
then choice to go to this saved location in gmap when u want to go again....
then book crap via gmap... should work...

or

u can reported missing place to gmap so they can tag the location near future

end result look something like this....your destination with lots of number....

You are a Grab driver. You should know that Grab drivers won't drop off riders at a location different from what is tagged.


How to book via GMap
Actually the company could be found in GMap, but not in Grab.

I mean u go to that landmark and book from there

*Misread, I mean you dropped off at a nearby landmark go to your destination
