I would suggest instead of converting you can just migrate. It'll save you a lot of trouble.
Follow these steps to migrate:
1. Create Office 365 users.
2. Create migration endpoints on Exchange to connect to Office 365.
3. Create a migration batch.
4. Import the migration batch to Office 365.
5. Point the MX records to office 365.
6. Delete the migration batch.

I found a blog that explains this process step by step. Here it is Exchange migration to Office 365.

I hope this helps!
Regards.

That's really helpful. Thanks. After migration to Office 365 I started thinking about changing some other stuff I use and I decided to migrate to magento. I used to be admin of the site and office 365 was necessary for my job but I also would like to make my own one so I've checked https://magecloud.agency/migration-to-magento-2 to find more info about this movement.
