For example, when I arrived to company, only I realized I forget to bring my laptop.

When I wan to meet potential tenant to view my condo, I realized that I bring the wrong key etc etc.

WHY I m so blur? Any way to resolve?

This case, no matter if you are fit or obese, it can only be solved by being organized. (although I have been told that raisins and sultans are good for memory, but could just be an old wives tale)
You need a diary/organiser. Right down all your tasks for the next day before you sleep. And next to the task, right down the most important items you need.

Or if you dont have a diary, phone will do.

There are a lot of things that you can eat that are supposed to help your memory but the best way is to develop a system just for you. Getting a planner, making to-do lists definitely help. You can also make small habit changes like if you need something the next day, put it by the door with something you wont forget, and if you remember something you need to do/take then do/take it straight away and don't say later. You can also set reminders/alerts with your phone.

You sound more disorganised than suffering from memory loss which is better cause being disorganised can be fixed!

Losing things is more serious than me... I'm more of easily forget things ... If this is your case, i strongly suggest u to look for an app call "Todoist". It's basically a todo app la but it's really good and easy to use and can sync with pc and your mobile and tablet and whatever things. Once ppl tell me to do something, or i want to do something, i will write it down together with the due date so will never forget.

Can categorize to personal / work. can have widget on your screen. Will sort according to date. Every morning i wake up I know what to do for today.

Give it a try hope it help u.

I used to have this problem last time. One solution for me was i keep my keys together with my wallet instead of separately. So you connect the two. This way you only need to remember one thing/find for one thing.
