Now, this is regular gold paint from tamiya with a coat of gloss coat. Personally, i think it is fine and am quite satisfied with it.

and the one that you c here, this is only speculation but i think this is titanium gold(or maybe gold leaf, i can't say..) So choose what colour you want for yr model. however, only the regular gold is found in spray paint form. the rest is in bottle form. it can b found in toy city in Time Square.

however, i prefer buying paint from tamiya at 1U, the one at the lower floor. a lot more selecton of paint and A LOT of equiptment you can't find anywhere else. like plaplates...just my 2 cents. icon_rolleyes.gif

Turn-A eh? I have never seen the series but for a 100th MG...IMO anticlimatic is the best word i can describe this.

guys, i need some help here, do any of you know where to find those rare earth magnets about 3-4mm in diameter? I am planning to use it in my latest model-the VF-0A to mount the fast packs. If not, can any of the sifu here provide an alternative?

Thx for the advice guys!
will get the iwsp tomorrow  rclxm9.gif rclxms.gif

By the way , anyone know how much is the Bendi aile strike ? Thinking of doing GrandElf's idea of getting a bendi for its launching pad
*
Congrats on making the decision to buy the iwsp kit. But anyway, if you happen to miss what i posted earlier, i repeat DO NOT BUY THE BENDI VER OF AILE STRIKE!!! The launching pad is seriously not worth your cash. I bought it once, simply say, it sucks vmad.gif The launching pad is unstable, parts break easily AND the wire connecting to Strike to launch is not a wire! it is some sort of softer material that cant even stand!

oooo... wire cutter.. hmm.gif can think about tat
JJ? where is it? search the whole 1U.. 1 shop selling for RM50 - -"
1 shop selling for Rm5 but too many and small...

1 question, where to get TOPCOAT-FLAT?
*
When you said you searched 1U, did you search the Tamiya shop at the 2nd basement level? The last time i remember they had all sorts of tools there. Topcoat can be found at Times Square. The shop is on the 7th floor if i am not wrong named TIME MACHINE. All three types of topcoat can b found there.

hmm...from the pics at famitsu, gundam excia acctually looks not bad. I'm more towards thin, fast and manuverable gundams. However, looking at the model, i can c only six blades...two of them is held by Excia, two behind the shoulder armour and if i ain't wrong, two sticking out it's ass... shocking.gif sweat.gif hmm.gif (whats with weapon placing these days...i wouldn't b surprised if they soon invent one with a gun at the crotch doh.gif )

well, the only thing i can say bout the stand is....well, good effort. A suggestion, if the stand was a glass block, it might have been better...

It has a some military feel, and more towards knights feel!!!

It deserve a MG!!!

This design is matchable with the Hi Nu, Ex-Superior and also the GP03s
*
Damn right you are! Man, who is the designer, this is one of those rare designs that makes you fall in love with it the minute you see it! I thought the unicorn design is odd but nice, now THIS destroy mode is simply..just.. thumbup.gif drool.gif

We should send Bandai an e-mail or sumthin'. Hazel, Unicorn, these designs truly do deserve a MG treatment. Anyone got Bandai's e-mail add? biggrin.gif brows.gif

Think ppl love d design for d cool looking devil wings....  brows.gif
Providence is such a bad ass looking Gundam.....a MG treatment would b nice too  laugh.gif

Bout V2..transformable mechs do provide troubles for Bandai as d inner frames design will give them a hard time.....maybe not now but hopefully in year 2010...  icon_idea.gif

if the V2 design is tough to be made into a MG model, what chances do Unicorn have?? damn.......

I need help!!! Either i suck, or the tamiya plaplates are a serious pain in the ass to cut... Maybe perhaps i am using the wrong tools...Here is what i've used so far-
1) Hobby Knife-broke in half trying to cut the plaplates... sweat.gif
2) Sicissors-Manage to cut the plaplates, but they ended up pretty ruined... cry.gif
3) Jig-saw-You wouldn't even wanna know the results... sweat.gif

So,any advice,people?
