How do you track macros for Minced Meat? When you search online you can get a lean version of minced/ground beef but in malaysia at the supermarkets they don't state how lean the meat is.

I just chose ‘beef’ in Adidas Balance app. Yes, weirdly there is no percentage of fat on the package in Malaysia.
