 UniFi best IP range ?, Fact or fiction ?

I've heard of this as well, but I dismissed it, especially with the growing number of users which would be crowding any DHCP IP address.

I think only a static IP address would actually make a difference.

I have not pinged each address, but I can fairly say that some IPs are not as congested as others - this is from my MMOs experience.

E.g., ESO (US server): I used to play on Sundays, and set my router to restart every Wednesday night. I can get 200-300ms, but on certain IPs, this is unstable and can reach 500ms or more. I'm blaming in on congestion, mainly. Thanks to it being unstable, especially at evening/night, I stopped playing western MMOs completely. Too bad I did not note which IPs were stable.
