Hello everyone

I have just purchased a BenQ EW3270U but realised the refresh rate is only 29hz, I think it should be 60hz?

Monitor images and videos can be laggy at times, even scrolling up down webpages is not smooth...

Any idea what is the reason?

So its because of my graphic card?

What should I get to have it running smoothly?

most probably your integrated graphics cannot support up to that resolution @ 60hz

Your card cannot support this resolution at 60hz. 29hz will give you shit experience due to too low refresh rate.

The only solution is buying a new graphics card.

If laptop, then change new laptop or sold your monitor.
