Monitor Display Settings Issue

Hello everyone
I have just purchased a BenQ EW3270U but realised the refresh rate is only 29hz, I think it should be 60hz? Monitor images and videos can be laggy at times, even scrolling up down webpages is not smooth... Any idea what is the reason?

The only solution is buying a new graphics card. If laptop, then change new laptop or sold your monitor. |
