hdmi extender rj45 not working help

hi just bought hdmi extender the receiver not showing image thru network
but works when direct connect thru lan. the hdmi extender spec support tru network. here’s my setup down stair : BTU to router to switch (upstair). then switch to my pc. hdmi transmitter from pc to switch, then the hdmi receiver from downstair router to tv. it seem something incorrect between the router n switch thanks for help from expert from lowyat |

spec can go tru switch

router with 4lan port (downstair)
connected to pc (upstair) any workaround method ? i only got one cable between upstairs and downstair connection between router and switch thank you for help |
