Hi I want to share my experience with a con man offering home appliance repair. My washer refuse to work so I search the internet for contact, this particular place website pop up and I engaged their service.

They took my washing machine away on Monday and return it today, but to my horror they broke all the clips that is suppose to cover the control panel, denting the control panel and scratching it! Worst is yet to come, the bottom plate of my washing machine gone missing! Apparently after the repair they don’t bother to put it back!

I contacted the shop immediately and u know what? They actually accused that my washing machine is too old that is why the clip broke ! And that my washing machine is without the bottom plate cover!

Omg I told the person on the phone that I saw his worker cart away my washing machine and the bottom was not like this with fully expose wire and stuff...the person on the line shouted (shouting and swearing) at me to stop bothering them and hang up on me!

I am angry, sadden and lost at what to do with my washing machine, especially after paying almost rm400 for this service!

I hope u will benefit from my misfortune and stupidness and will not suffer from this idiot, not good con job fella!

Avoid this shop at all cost! If u value your appliance a and your hard earned money!

If anyone have any suggestion how I can get a bottom cover plate back or a new one...please help!

Dei when they quote u 300+ u aldy should know not to proceed dy la that price is like almost 50% of new machine dy

what type of washing machine cost only 600-800???

Why do u pay 400 when u saw something wrong? Normally u pay upon completion of the satisfactory service.

I complain to the worker about the bottom plate, he said u call office and they will settle and insist if I don’t pay he won’t leave my washing machine with me.

Sigh but u were right, I did not fight hard enough and I trusted them too much. As for those scratches it wasn’t visible to me as they “kindly” cover my washing machine with a layer of protective film on the panel! And I was thinking to myself how thoughtful of them! Apparently this is just to cover their crime

If someone mess up my stuff I won't pay. If the worker won't leave u threaten to report to police.

Now may be u can take photos of the damage and going too the shop to a make scene. May be threaten to report to consumer tribunal. If they have a physical shop I really doubt they can operate like a gangster. Don't they afraid angry customer burns down their shop?

Disclaimer: i am not asking you to do it. I may if I were you. 🤣

This kind of incident is the reason why i always rather pay premium for service from authorized service centre than trying my luck with 3rd party contractor.

At least the sad feeling when parting with your money isn’t as sad as getting lied
