If you have a 1080p tv, should be no problem.

But for frame-rate, might be around 30/60. Better to refer to your tv model / specification.

u take the manual out, then u see supported refresh rate then u can knwo oledi lo.. 100hz motion is motion interpolation up to 100hz, FAKE refresh rate.

Ray tracing isn't just for reflections. You have the scene accurate and also physically based materials affecting real time reflections, ray casting and also shadows. The gimmick that people know the most would be ray traced reflections.

On PC, for me ray tracing is definitely the best way to do all these. The RTX 3000 cards now can do RT at 1440p or 4k at 60 fps quite well. Compared to just a few short years ago, ray tracing hasn't progressed to this point. AMD only managed to have RT feature starting with the RDNA2 cards, as well as PS5 and Xbox Series X.

The short version is that ray tracing makes lighting and reflections more realistic. In the past, reflections are just faked using screen space reflections. Lighting is even less realistic because the artist needs to place fixed light source in the scene, which doesn't take into account the physical properties of the material that light is bouncing off from.

However, I do agree that on consoles right now, ray tracing performance is not quite there yet. You have to trade between higher resolution / framerate vs better visuals using ray tracing. But the current gen is just starting. I will expect AMD to work with Microsoft and Sony to continue improving the system level and also OS, further improving ray tracing capabilities.
