(The form stated buyer should be getting refund within 2 weeks upon cancellation form submission).

Currently I am very upset and worry that I will not be able to get back my deposit RM15k.

Am losing my patient and confident to the Developer & sale agent who keep lying.

What should I do next? make police report? complaint to kpkt? Is there any other purchaser facing the same issue?

What is the right channel to file a official complaint against this developer, Impero Land? Anyone can please help to advise? bangwall.gif

May we know who is the agent in question handling your case?
Because I placed the booking as well, I may find out and see whether different agent got same story or not.

Just received word that they just dapat the APDL and Cert, and will be updated into the rumahwip site within the next few days.

RM98mil was invested into building the Pantai Sentral Park Interchange alone, it may/may not be part of the equation to the potential of the area, the future still holds uncertainty. We're really betting on Pantai Sentral Park to materialise here. Other than that, it's freehold lor.
