PS4 Lan Cable connection not stable, did everything but still unstable, help

I’ve not gotten kicked out.
But PSN has been known to give me real shitty speeds. Like 20-40mbps even when I’ve a far higher connection speeds. No issues with my other devices, just PSN. |
