backstabbing is normal there (even higher management plays the backstabbing tricks well) !!

if u always monitor job portals in malaysia, you will always found AO always looking for ppl to do credit cards development/support, so means their turnover rate super... this has been since year 2007 until today June 2011 AO still posting advertisement ON THE SAME POSITION, so sad !!
