Hi everyone..

I'm moving to PR1MA house around next month.

Quite happy because I heard my area has access to high-speed 300Mbps MAXIS FIBRE.

Currently I'm surviving on a UNIFI Basic of only 10Mbps.
But my happiness didn't stay long.

I heard from someone.. that UNIFI and MAXIS aren't allowed to setup their port within PR1MA housing area as PR1MA has their own High-Speed Internet services that they are offering to the residents within PR1MA.

Its called PR1MA Comm. I took sometime googling and found this:

http://www.pr1macomm.my/services.html

1. Has anyone even heard of this PR1MA Comm company? Their website even look like its done by some kid with extremely cheap cost.

2. Anyone has any idea if the service is stable or not? Is it OK?

I am a very heavy downloader and gamer. My Xbox One almost always has something to download all the time. I can't imagine living with less than 8Mbps.
Totally stressed now and don't know what to do lol... rclxub.gif An area with offers of 300Mbps by MAXIS Fibre.. yet I can't even use the service and I am stuck with this s**tty PR1MA Comm. Totally disappointed with how they don't even provide option for their buyers to use what internet services we want.

If I skip this s**tty Pr1ma Comm.. what other options do I have?

I heard of Digi Postpaid plan with unlimited internet... is this fast enough for my daily usage?

What do you (or anyone else) think?

If you are gamer care about ping
Fibre optic > copper wire > wireless broadband

If not gamer
Fibre optic > wireless broadband > copper wire

All you need survey and check coverage

I am a gamer and but also a heavy downloader however ping is not really important to me as most of the game I play is a single playing game.

So what I should be looking is a good wireless broadband correct?

Any idea what I should pick? Totally clueless about this one. Been living with Streamyx and Unifi too long already...

Is it property is part by the gomen?
I feel like TM rent fiber to Prima property. Then create the new name (property name) sell the fiber service to the customers who live in Prima property there.

Oh my~ The website really terrible with the price skim is really un-match at all for nowadays market price of fiber service.

I'm thinking the same thing. Its probably another way to milk more money from people. Force everyone in PR1MA to subscribe their internet.
And with the lack of contact (there's no way to really contact or complaint about their service if its shitty) I feel like I will just put myself in deep shit by subscribing to their services.

I asked a few people in the neighborhood and interestingly none of them subscribed the PR1MA Comm package. Most are using Digi Infinite 150 instead.

Yes the website is very bad and unprofessional.

The price is just bangwall.gif bangwall.gif bangwall.gif

Since PR1MA residents are forced to subscribe to their internet services they won't have perform well because they have the monopoly. If the internet are down they can just do nothing or delay the repair for weeks. This is what I am worried about.

In terms if your digi network strong. Else, you invest wrong property already. Haha..

Still can complaint if internet issued.. but complicated you complain to Prima, then Prima complaint to TM.

You > Prima internet > TM

But TM did not do any action, Prima internet also can't help um just the only patient to wait.
