Helo guys my maxis sim got suspended for 3 month..i sell the number to strangers mybe scammer and all the sim kenot use anymore until 3 month..maxis staff said that the bill will not running mybe because of suspended and he said that the number will automatically terminate after 3 month is it true or he just bluffing??i want to trminate but he said kenot have to wait after suspended..is there any maxis staff or someone that can gave me solution bcause i dont want any bills without my consent..sorry for my stupidity

suspended because or regulator's order?

or because customer-side (you? scammer?) asked for suspension?

or unpaid bill? over credit limit?


when my asked line suspended for lost SIM, i just need to walk-in with ID, pay for reconnection fee plus replacement et.al. probably you need to spend that much cleanup before being able to terminate altogether.

Standard termination procedure for Maxis phone plans. You just have to be patient and wait out the 3 months. Call them to confirm the status at the end of the 3 months.

No no i didnt ask for it,they said that the sim have been suspended after two days of the usage means the scammer has use it and got suspended
