Not sure.. but she did mentioned something about the hole is quite deep and have already infecting the nerve.. something like that.. but she did suggest for me to do root canal for RM800 - RM1K as it was an important tooth she said.

Wow sounds serious!! How are you coping now though, without the molar? Is eating an issue?

Done extraction. Should have done that earlier..
Now a bit bruise my face.

Good to hear you don't have pain anymore. Sometimes you just have to get rid of the problem entirely.

Once I had a nephew tooth with a major cavity that the dentist said if she cover the tooth with filling, the bacteria will be trapped and continuously attack the pulp releasing gas and stuff but having nowhere to drain out and it will cause a major toothache.. Is this true?

Oh my, could you avoid brushing that area? Perhaps use mouthwash to flush out bacteria! The wound could be unable to heal with the brushing... or maybe it's better to visit the dentist again to check if everything is ok

Hi sorry to hijack ur thread ... may I know where is the government dentist near PJ area? I'm really broke because of this dentist thing ...

Last year my right side bottom "big teeth" (molar??) pain, go private they do root canal 1k+, after few months still pain ... then they just like simple "grind" the teeth lower so I wont feel pain when biting it but when eat will still pain then i juz try eat left side

Now left side also pain ... dang ... can't afford another root canal ... losing 1 "big teeth" really big difference in eating?

Thanks.

This statement is true. Filling up a tooth with decay near the pulp may cause abscess or swelling n in worse scenarios,a severe infection involving fascial spaces called facial cellulitis which may be life threatening
