What he meant by the fund is actually the so called "donation" from the saudi royal family. Which he said that it can be use upon his discretion.
Which i find it amusing, if not mind boggling, for even if it's donation, shouldn't he as a prime minister utilise the fund well n spend it for the benefits of the rakyat n country instead for himself n his immediate family n close associates? N iinm he did said b4 the "donation" from saudi was meant for the strengthening of Islam here in Malaysia. Since when Islam teach it's followers to chase after worldly stuff, more so buying such an expensive watch? Not to mention if someone gave us donation, normally it's bcoz for a greater cause or for a very specific reason. Guess his own personal cause is way much greater i suppose.
