Welcome to Lowyat.NET's Nintendo community, while the Princess is not in this castle nor you can find cute creatures to throw red/ white balls at. We provide a place for you to conduct discussions about Nintendo game consoles and games.

But if you are lost and don't know what to do here, read this simple guide below to know more about how this section operates. Actually you can just read the rules and skip the rest if it's too long. ;-)

The Rules:

• Search Before Posting
  You can use our Nintendo Games Thread List (incomplete) or use forum search engine. Duplicate/ redundant threads may be merged/ moved/ removed without notice.
• No Piracy Discussion
  We support the hard work of game developers by purchasing their games. Please report piracy related threads/ post to the moderating team instead of replying it.
• No Sales Threads
  Please use the Garage Sales (Games) section. But you may use our pinned Nintendo Chamber of Commerce & Trade to advertise your sales.

Starting a Thread:

• Use Search!
  Mentioned in the rules section up there, please check if there's an existing thread out there before posting new ones.
• Topic Tags
  You'll be given option to set a category to you thread when you're opening a new one. It greatly simplify browsing and searching for everyone so be sure to use it if you can.
  
  
  
  Games is for game related threads, Troubleshooting is for those with technical problems, and Gatherings is for gaming meetups or setting up a local community.
• Topic Title
  Games thread should be titled with it's full official name (if available) followed by it's platform (3DS. DS, Wii, etc) in brackets. For troubleshooting threads, it's better to mention the problem in the title instead of just putting "Help me!" or something like that.

Browsing:

• Topic tags
  Is the main page too cluttered with non-games threads? Don't worry, just use the check box on the lower right of the page to pick which kind of threads you want to see. Please check if you've used this function if you can't see threads for other categories. And also this option uses browser cookies.

  Nintendo Kopitiam is a place for the LYN Nintendo regulars to chat, spam and relax. Anything goes (you can even talk about Sony and Microsoft there), as long as it's within the Board Rules. So have fun there!
