i bought my ku 990 since 2 months ago. At the first day after i bought for like 3 hours, the phone screen turned black, can't turn back on. Even i press the on/off button too. i did send back the Zitron at penang headoffice. the mechanical says it needs to format the internal memory. So, he did. But, the problems still here with me untill now. i've the same problem each everyday. most happened when i put it in my pocket. But it do happened too, when i finished talking phone and place on my office desk.


Anyone experienced this b4? pls i need someone to guide me thru how to fix this. Btw, thnks alot who able to help me

ya, hope zitron will slove my phone problem. Btw, i have a problem while creating a new picture files. 5 outta 10 times while i after edit my photos and try to save to a new file name, my phone turn restart back to LG screensaver.....it tooks about 10 secs to get back to standby mode again.* no pin require after the restart* wonder why....

The earlier formatted by the zitron at penang headoffice Technician said, this phone is still very new and they don't have very much info and firmware to upgrade it yet. So, they told me to use it for awhile till they have received the full skills to slove the * Black screen/Hang problem*. Damn this phone shud be almost perfect for me, but just lack of the problems i have.
