Hi, do you guys encounter this kind of problem like mine?

I owned a viewty for several months, frankly speaking I'm extra careful in using handphone and I always take good care of my phone.

I have sold my viewty in the past few months because the paint started to peel off after 1 month usage, it was annoyed me and I decided to sell it off.

After that, my friend bought the same phone and having this kind of problem also, this is a disaster part of the lg viewty model. Now he also want to sell his viewty because of this problem

My gf is personally using LG-KS20, the chrome part is still very nice without any paint peel off problem.

I had bad experience with my previous viewty.. perhaps I've got a faulty unit.. the battery cant last even half day. switch on camera then the battery dead and phone turned off.. replaced a new battery in the end.

The chrome body is a disaster part, easily peeled off.. LG KS20 and prada are even better and wont get peeled off easily with its chrome paintjob.

I think viewty can support maximum 2gb card only, i was previously using 2gb card on it, it loads very slow and lag when my card got filled up

yes.. for normal usage, the battery could last that long.. so it was my battery problem.

2gb is the max as show in website

there is no 1 year warranty for battery, u are right!
stylus i even keep in the box.. it always hit the phone when hanging around..

can we perform firmware update for this model using the pc suite and usb cable or send to lg service center is a must?

of cos not.. those games in 5800 and ipod are working under symbian and apple os only (*.sis or *.ipa)

viewty supports only java game which is in *.jar format.. it is executable in the phone
