Persona 5 was released in 2017 and I was looking for a RPG game to get hooked on for awhile now and decided Persona over Dragon Quest XI
Unfortunately, since it was long released ... my supplier isn't going to restock an old game and I had to resort with a digital copy purchase over at PS store.
upon looking in the PS store, I was only provided the option of:
RM220.00 Persona 5 JAP ver.
RM120.00 Persona 5 CHI ver.
... and no ENG ver was available for purchase.
Having reminded that R3 region which is ASIA and most games comes in ENG/CHI, I thought that the CHI version came with the ENG subtitles and dub as well since why would PS store doesn't have the ENG option made available. Here comes my nightmare ...
Upon completing the download, the game is fully in Chinese and no English language option is provided. Until I checked online via browser that there is infact a same RM120.00 ENG ver. copy but not made available in my PS store (ridiculous, i know).
I know they've updated the refund policy and once you've downloaded the game, they wouldn't refund you a single dime. Question to those that contacted PlayStation customer support before, is it ever possible to get the game exchanged in the language that we want??
TL;DR:
