Hi guys. I am planning to get either Q window or JLT to change my windows to noise insulation type.

JTL - 2 years warranty, slightly cheaper
Q-windows - lifelong warranty, rubber 10 years, costly.

Q WINDOWS looks ok, but JLT was criticizing Q windows that they are faking the products are from German, its actually from China. And it seems Q windows always cheat their clients and total poor customer service.

JTL product looks good too.

Dear Ladys and Gent´s.
This is Andre from German Windows (former Q- Windows). I was not aware the existence of this forum here.
Just now a new client highlight this to me. First of all i´m very surprised to read so many fake information's about my company.

So let me clarify something. Hope this helps to understand what where we came from and what we are doing:

1. German Windows Sdn Bhd  is a window manufacturing company fully owned by myself and my Malaysian wife
2. I started to manufacture windows in Malaysia in 2011
3. We transferred all the knowledge, technologies, setups from our associated company in Germany
4. Every window and door design is following European Standards.
5. We extrude our profiles mostly in Malaysia with suppliers working on our license.
6. Glazing´s are made form InnoGlass Malaysia. This company was the only one be able to follow our quality standards.
7. All hardware parts are Made in Germany, US or Italy. They are carefully selected to secure Life Long Operations.

In all these years German Windows Sdn Bhd (former Q- Windows) faced any legal issues. Either with clients or authorities.
Customer satisfaction is our target.
This means if a client is not happy with our performance we work harder until everything is in line.

Related to JTL Windows.
The owners name is Jeff Tang.

1. Jeffrey joined my company instantly after we opened our business in Malaysia
2. He was not aware about windows and doors. That´s why I provided him every knowledge to be a successful salesmen.
3. After approx. one year he left my company from one day to another by stealing all intellectual properties including customer datas
4. Since this time he constantly copied my catalogs, brochures, web pages
5. Most important to know, JTL is just a middle men. He lie to the clients by claiming he manufacture and sell a "Denmark Window". The truth is he is buying from different local Manufactures and re- brand there goods. Is just like you buy a "VIVO" phone and re- label and offer this as "SAMSUNG".
6. He provides a 2 years warranty. End of the day he is just a trader. How he want to fulfill this promises?
7. Of course JTL must be cheaper than German Windows (former Q- Windows). Cause the whole technology is 20 years behind our´s. The materials in use are mostly China Made. He has to finance his One Men Show only. In compare to a manufacture taking care a full Factory setup.

Never than less Jeff Tang is a very good salesmen. This make him survive even if his product is just 3rd world standard. In the manufacturing market his name is "cheating Jeff". I think this says everything.
