Pheww good game, heres hoping nothing serious with lovren subs

Finally a clean sheet and good run out for the reserves, what a mature performance
*
Doesn't look like anything serious, no signs of him hurting at all. Some are suggesting he is just ill.

Klopp: "The most used word in the dressing room at the moment is clean sheet - finally! Dejan Lovren was hopefully cramp but apart from that it was a perfect game. All round nearly perfect day."

They always cry when it's us when they already have the most penalty this season  icon_idea.gif

Hate defending United but do you think those decisions were wrong?

For the penalty B. Silva body checked Rashford failing to even touch the ball, that's a foul everyday for impeding the opponent.

And for the handball it's literally explain in the rules.

QUOTE
It is, however, considered natural for a player to put their arm between their body and the ground for support when falling, so long as the arm is not extended to make the body bigger.

The penalty i dont have issue

But the handball do look for me he had the intention to block using hand
*

Here you can watch again. He hid his hands behind his body, slides in and only until the last minute before his body hits the ground did he place his right arm out to support his fall. Seems fair to me.

Of course I can see what you mean that it looks like an intentional block with his hand due to unfortunate timing of the ball coincidentally passing through him right at that moment. But surely it's hard to fault him putting out a hand to support a fall?

It's not so much as to right or wrong but the attitude of them accusing VAR is corrupt when it's us when they are one of the teams that have benefited the most out of it.
I have seen penalty given for that and for much softer. That to me is 100% penalty

QUOTE(Raymond_ACCA @ Dec 8 2019, 02:44 AM)
Totally agree with this.
*
haha don't give a shit about that now

This Leicester train can't be stopped.

If it weren't for us having such an incredible start to the season so far, they would be leading the league ahead of Man City by 6pts to what is potentially a Leicester miracle 2.0, surely no one would've guessed that before the season started.

Liverpool stepping up their interest in Takumi Minamino because he's now being chased by Bundesliga and Serie A clubs. Also talk of Manchester United interest. #LFC believe he's worth £20m plus which makes his release clause of £7.25m so attractive.

Understand it's highly likely that Minamino joins Liverpool in January. Expect it to happen. Exciting deal.  #LFC

Hurm, Coutinho replacement?

Lalaboy & Milner expected to depart end of season. But but, we got Grugic, Jones, Allan.

Harry Wilson as good as gone. Same style of play, same position.

Our top priority is LB/RB/CB
*
Grujic I don't think will ever be good enough for us at the highest level, he reminds me of Can.

Curtis Jones will probably not be good enough either, Bournemouth to come in with 30m when? biggrin.gif

Allan will never get a work permit, should just go back to Brazil.

Harry Wilson is a set piece/banger merchant but lacking in other qualities that we look at with our wingers - primarily pace and ability to run at defenders.

i thot kloop said he s looking for striker

Minamino is very versatile - striker, winger, no. 10

Now confirmed on the other side too Salzburg Sports Director Christoph Freund on Minamino to Liverpool: "I can confirm that there are discussions with Liverpool. It is an honour that clubs like this are interested in our players."

Technically Israel is in Asia, so Benayoun is the first. If you don't consider Israel because they participate in the European federation for football, then there's Australia who're technically not Asians but participate in the Asian federation for football, so Brad Smith qualifies (Kewell does not because Australia was Oceania at the time).

I guess you can only call Minamino our first EAST ASIAN, if he joins.

And just like that we’re down to VVD and Gomez, who has been very rusty and far from what he has shown in the early parts of last season.

Once again Matip and Lovren being unreliable not because of their ability because Matip is right now our 2nd best CB, but their proneness to injuries. Every season without fail they will be out of commission for several weeks or months at a time. Remember the last time when he had to play Can and Gini as CB? We’re now down to possibly Hendo as our 3rd choice backup CB.

From what I see, cover for the front 3 as he can play LW, CF & RW. Could play behind Salah as well.

Rather have him this January as impact sub & let he familiarize with Klopp's system during the 2nd half of the season and getting full throttle next summer.
*
Agree. Think he will end up playing mostly on the wings or attacking midfield. Filling in on the right wing when we rest Firmino and move Salah central which Klopp has done in the past.

Sincerely Klopp wanted to show the FA
*
EFL I believe, separate entity from the FA which operates the FA Cup, that’s why we’re in this situation.

FA, Premier League, EFL and FIFA which operates the Club WC. All separate entities unwilling to budge for their own self interests. In the end it’s EFL that takes the fall because they are the least important.

OmG. Didn't know bout this. Nike Jersey is very generic. Doesn't have identity 🤦🏻‍♂️
*
It’s about their supply and networks. NB was willing to match their offer in terms of money but problem with NB is they are ALWAYS out of stock.

Not only will Nike not have problem with productions, they can reach more places and more people with their reach, not to mention marketing opportunities and collaboration with other Nike athletes.
