Welcome foreigners can... but please set a good example in governance. If foreigners saw illegal stalls and other public misdemeanor happening here.... this makes them FEEL EVEN MORE AT HOME. What a cozy place to make a living doing what the locals do..... illegally.

Thats why some foreigners from poor countries wont survive in developed countries... they will suffocate from the authrority's enforcement that's against their lifestyles.
