Anyone using ic markets? im having trouble withdrawing money via fpx. After ic market approved it, a few days later they say your withdrawal request via FPX Solution for Malaysia was unsuccessful, so we have redeposited the fund back to your trade account due to technical issue.

Previously i did not have any issue withdrawing. And im using the same method and same bank to withdraw.
They asked me to resubmit my withdrawal request again. But this is my second time doing it. Emailed support but no response yet.
