i choose XM broker for trading. Withdrawed some money out via maybank bank transfer but it appears as card withdrawal. It has been 5 days and i still have not received my funds. Any ideas on how to resolve this?

i withdrawed 250 usd and exchange rate by XM is rm4 .12. Which broker is it?
