How did u guys set stop loss? If always aim 100-300 points TP.

Like this you have to calculate your Risk & Reward.

SL aim for 40pips (MAX).

Hey guys. Got a question.

Does anyone here uses OANDA? I'm thinking of switching my broker to more regulated ones (using XM now).

But I want to know how OANDA works.

i) withdrawal/depo - applicable for online bank transfer or Neteller?

ii) what about their charges for withdrawal (using Neteller)?

iii) Does their swaps high for swing trading (overnight hold)?

If anyone have any experienced using this broker, I'd like to know your experience.
*
Oanda is good, but I never use before. I would recommend you Pepperstone.

Hi all,

I am newbie here but not in forex. anybody knows a broker which presence  malaysia (can deposit & withdraw directly to local bank) with tight spread (<1p for most pair) and charge fixed commission RT. I have tried and still have account with Octa, XM, FBS and Insta. thanks

I would recommend you, Pepperstone (Razor Account "ECN").

I looking at this one seriously. Got a friend in aussie using this his gj spread only 0.4. whereas my octa ecn normally 1.6-2.0.Only issue is in malaysia ,deposit & withdrawal (not sure), i need to go through 3rd party payment processor which has addtional charges and defeat the purposes of having tight spread at the first place.
It matters if you're trading 10-20 standard lots, while your friend already made a few hundred bucks, i, in the meatime just reaching my be point. no problem withdrawal with them, it just most pro trader i know around the world are trading with comm baased with very tight spread.
Yes, i trade with all of them with varying size and as i said their spread is lowsy.

Pepperstone withdraws for Malaysian has been changed. Last time, Pepperstone ONLY have International transfer which needs pay the fee for transfer fund back to Malaysia bank.

Somemore regulator is under ASIC.

P/S: I'm just sharing the "GOOD" to you. Not ask you to join IB or join under mine whatsoever.

dont need to have consecutive win at all, use martingale, account with 1:500 leverage. lets take a simple technical indicator, moving average.

user posted image

get in the market once 5min,15min, hourly, & daily has the same direction(ignore the monthly), if sell. just short, if all shows buy, just long. make sure have fixed amount of stop loss and take profit, never ever change this. eg 30pips SL, TP also 30 pips.

the shorter time frame, TP & SL level is also smaller, want to aim more pips need to look at higher timeframe chart(4h or daily), theres no way trying to make 100 pips if only look at 1min chart, so you get the idea and vice versa

with enough capital and use martingale lot size, doesnt matter if 9 out of 10 losing trade in a row, just need 1 win TP trade to profit back.

aiyoh... it's like asking gamblers not to quit gambling...

anyways s&d will work until it doesn't...

If you trade it as gambling thn is gambling.
If you trade it as business thn is business.

every technic comes with different perspectives, different solutions, different Risk & Reward.

Back to basic, every trading comes with Buy & Sell.
