PAMM is just a method for fund managers to manage funds in a pool.

Whether it's a scam depends on

1. The broker - Check whether the broker that provides PAMM is regulated and safe
2. The trade aka fund manager - What's the performance and Draw down? Check
the length of fund management, if less than one year it has higher risk, if use martingale
it has higher risks, if draw down more than 30+% it has higher risks.

When want withdraw need submit our passport picture,
is it dangerous?
Or is it normal for forex when withdraw need submit passport.

It's not normal at all lol, normally we submit personal IDs/Driving license during
Registration Only. Withdrawal of funds should be freely up to you.

Read through the terms and conditions and make sure is there any lock-in period/funny statements.

There will always be a grey area between confidence and gambling in forex to normal people confusion
