Seek some advise.. what are the document really needed for housing loan?

for instance now i would like to purchase a hse join name with parents. But my parents is one of the shareholder in the company and she already retired. does she really need to provide individual income tax? or company income tax already suffice? im looking anyone doing housing loan as well..

1. Latest EPF statement
2. Latest 3 months salary and all other documented part time income statements
3. NRIC
4. Booking Form

If your income is sufficient to qualified for loan amount, financial documents of parents are not required.

If your parents are not providing financial startup, maybe you want to reconsider join names (No motives intended ...)
