We traveled to Fukuoka Japan on AA at Week 30-31. Just needed doctor's letter and be at the airport earlier to fill up a form. My wife had a checkup 2 days before the trip to make sure baby is ok.

At week 34 however, my advice is avoid flying unless it's unavoidable. MAS might allow you to fly since it's up to 36 weeks but consider somewhere that's drive-able.
